The ladder tags consist of unique ID number and assessment period (not to exceed 12 months). Optional Pre-use and In-use checks on the reverse of the ladder tag insert. Unique ladder reference number, assessment date, next assessment date, personnel inspecting and ladder inspection records including communicating asset status box and relevant guidance.

SAFETYKING Ladder Tag includes a holder that attaches to a ladder with cable ties, and inserts that can be removed. The inserts communicate:

• When the ladder has been inspected, the inspector adds a signature to the SAFETYKING Ladder Inspection Tag if the ladder has been deemed fit for use. If not, the inspector removes the SAFETYKING Ladder Inspection insert which leaves only the holder that shows a clear 'Do not use' message along with the company name and Ladder ID. If an inspection did not take place, the ladder should not be used until inspected.
